Water rights are calculated for each canal diversion by multiplying the hourly average flow by the following multipliers:

• Glendale Diversion - 7.93 (no power)
• Orderville Diversion - 4.685
• Mount Carmel Diversion - 6.58

The resulting number is a percentage of the water right which each canal company is entitled to.
